Research and identify potential Web3 clients across DeFi, NFT, gaming, and infrastructure sectors
Develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and Web3 communities
Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for our sales team
Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information and interaction history
Attend Web3 conferences, events, and networking sessions to build relationships
Create compelling outreach content tailored to different Web3 verticals
Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize campaigns
Collaborate with marketing team on content strategy for lead magnets
2-4 years of B2B lead generation experience, preferably in tech/blockchain
Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystem (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, Layer 2s)
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding lead generation targets
Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
Understanding of smart contract security and audit processes (preferred)
Previous experience in blockchain/crypto industry
Technical background or understanding of smart contract development
Experience selling security services or technical consulting
Network within Web3 community (Twitter, Discord, Telegram)
Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
Knowledge of Web3 funding cycles and venture capital landscape
